I think it is about time I said thanks to the thousands of people who have helped me. Forty four years ago I started to bend, stamp, cut, shear, anneal, harden weld, heli arc, solder, polish and coat metals of all types.

One day a man walked into my office and wanted a hot box. What in blazes is a hot box?
Well _ _ _ _!   Now almost twenty years later my plant is manufacturing 93 different units that hold food hot or cold, carry, transport and be served out of.

So thanks to the dealers, dealer's salesmen, consultants, caterers, architects, concession operators, dieticians, food service managers, pizza operators, ball park and stadium personnel, cafeteria operators, air lines, implant feeders, chicken system operators, hospitals and school. To all of you who have caused me much grief and have helped my raise a nice family comfortably.

The above letter was written by my father over 35 years ago. I can't express to you how blessed I am to have had a father like Edward Anthony Schirico. When I lost him, I was a very young man and Hot Food Boxes was in my future.

Now 25 years later, I am the one who owes thanks all of those Dealers, Restaurateurs, Consultants, Manufacturers Representatives, and others who have given me the opportunity to work with them. I too have raised a wonderful family with their help.

My mission is to manufacture and sell Quality Equipment, at a reasonable and Fair Price, and Stand behind it. We continue to improve our products, and introduce new and better ideas to this wonderful industry.
