All order are subject to acceptance at our office and orders so accepted are not subject to cancellation. Claims for damage and shortage, or other causes must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. Modifications and/or changes from standard specifications and design are available; prices on request. Custom orders cannot be returned or canceled after start of production. Deposit required on all custom orders.

1. ORDER INFORMATION TERMS: 2% 10 days, Net 30 days CREDIT INFORMATION REQUIRED ON FIRST ORDER

2. SHIPPING INFORMATION: Prices are F.O.B. Chicago, IL. Prices for export packaging and crating on request.

3. DAMAGED GOODS (THIS IS IMPORTANT): DO NOT ACCEPT these goods from the transportation company unless they are in perfect condition.

   IF CRATE IS DAMAGED, refuse the shipment or have the carrier make a proper notation on your bill of lading. Make the same notation on the copy of lading that you sign. Call the transportation company at once for inspection.

   IF CONCEALED DAMAGE is discovered, call the carrier at once. DO NOT remove or destroy packaging and write a report. UNLESS these precautions are taken, all goods repaired or replaced because of damage will be at YOUR EXPENSE. We cannot be held liable for carelessness or negligence of transporting agency problems - these goods left our possession accepted and signed for by the agent IN PERFECT CONDITION. All goods shipped will be at the risk of loss to the buyer and title thereto will pass to the buyer at time of delivery to common carrier.

4. RETURN OF MERCHANDISE: There will be a 20% minimum restock charge on all standard equipment only after written authorization has been obtained from our office. Custom equipment cannot be returned. Equipment cannot be returned after 90 days from ship date.
