This warranty includes free labor on repairs within 90 days of shipment, where HFB is notified of the defect. Thereafter, HFB's responsibility is limited to supplying replacement products or parts to the user or to performing repairs at HFB plant at HFB option.

ALL warranty labor must be authorized by HFB prior to the actual work being performed.

If HFB decides that a product or part should be returned to its plant for repair, the user of the equipment will have the following obligations: (a) removal of any parts to be returned (b) identification of all parts with tags stating the model number and serial number of the product on which the part is used (c) shipment of the products and/or parts, transportation prepaid to HFB's plant (d) installations of the repaired or replaced product or parts at user's facility

This warranty shall not apply to the extent that products or parts have been used other than in conformance with operation instructions, subject to misuse of abuse, damaged by accident, Act of God, abnormal use or stress, or any other matter unrelated to HFB and beyond its reasonable control, or altered or modified by third parties. In addition, THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER NORMAL MAINTENANCE ITEMS, WHICH BY WAY OF EXAMPLE BUT NOT BY WAY OF LIMITATION, INCLUDE SUCH ITEMS AS GASKETS, POWER CORDS, AND TIRES FOR WHICH NO WARRANTY, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NO LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS OF PURPOSE IS GIVEN.
